"Was not greeted when we walked in. Asked and double checked if I could have extra citric acid to my drink and they still did not… my past experience with this place had usually been so lovely and inviting. Quite unfortunate when some employees don’t put in the same entrants effort."

"Very friendly lovely people! We come here every weekday. The tea my wife gets helps her throughout her work day. We highly encourage trying if you haven't yet! Update.. we no longer live close to this store, but still come in everytime we come up. The people are still great! The products are still awesome especially after trying other shops."
